Early families journeyed here on rough dirt roads with camping gear tightly secured to wagons. Today camper vans and trailers are retracing the same historic route. As though time stood still, our creek-side RV sites are still your family's perfect get-a-way. 

Exciting Upgrades Coming Soon! 

Please pardon our dust as we enhance Cold Springs Resort! We phased out the "interior RV sites" this winter to make space for a much-needed new office and clubhouse, as well as significant improvements to our septic system that will better protect the beloved Metolius River.

We're currently awaiting permits to build-out a new loop of 12 spacious, 50 amp sites along Cold Springs Creek! Plus, the old office will be renovated into a bigger and better bathroom and shower facility. We'll keep you posted!

RV Park Rates by Season


Peak-Season Rates

Peak-season is April 15 – Oct 31 annually

Regular Peak Season Rates:
  • Daily rate = $50/night for two people, plus $5 for each extra person (6+)
  • Weekly rate = $300/wk, for two people, plus $20 for each extra person (6+)
  • Monthly rate = $1000/mo + electricity
  • Two-night minimum.


Special Event Rates:
  • Special Events include; the Sisters Rodeo (1st Wed – Sun of June), the World-Famous Sister's Quilt Show (2nd week of July, Mon - Sun), and the Sisters' Folk Festival (2nd weekend of Sept)
  • Daily rate = $55/night for two people, plus $5 for each extra person (6+)
  • Three-night minimum during these special events


Holiday Rates:
  • Holidays include; Memorial Day Weekend, Fourth of July Weekend, Labor Day Weekend:
  • Daily rate = $58/night for two people, plus $10 for each extra person (6+)
  • Three-night minimum during these holidays. 


Off-Season Rates

Off-season is November 1 - April 15 annually.

Regular Off-Season Rates:
  • Daily rate = $45/night for two people, plus $5 for each extra person (6+)
  • Weekly rate = $300/wk, for two people, plus $20 for each extra person (6+)
  • Monthly rate = $1000/mo + electricity
  • Two-night minimum.

Holiday Rates:
  • Holidays include; Thanksgiving (Wed - Sun) and Winter Break (Christmas Eve - New Years Day)
  • Daily rate = $50/night for two people, plus $10 for each extra person (6+)
  • Three-night minimum during these holidays.

RV Park Policies


Check-In: 2pm.
Please contact us if you plan to arrive after 5pm.

Check-Out: 11am. Please contact us to see if early check-in is available for your particular reservation.

Tents Policy: There is no tent camping allowed anywhere onsite.

Dog Policy:
Dogs are welcome at all RV sites for $5 additional per dog, per night (or $25/dog/wk or $100/dog/mo). Limit two dogs per site. We kindly require dogs to be kept on-leash, everywhere on our ground, at all times. Please do not leave your dog(s) unattended at your site or in your RV for any length of time.

Extra Guests Policy: Baseline fee for cabins/RV sites covers two adult guests and unlimited children under age five. Each additional overnight guest (age 5+) is $15/night in the off-season and $20/night during peak season and holidays. It is your responsibility to confirm the number of overnight guests in your party at check in. If we find you have extra guest(s) not on your reservation, you will be charged double for each extra guest. Failure to do so may result in your being asking to leave, forfeiting all monies paid on account.

Visitor Policy: Outside visitors are welcome from 10am - 10pm. Visitors that stay later than 10pm will be considered as an extra overnight guest. Above rates apply. Please note, you are responsible for the conduct or our visitors.

Deposit Policy: Peak-season reservations for 1-3 nights require one-night deposit upon booking. Reservations for 4-6 nights require two-nights deposit upon booking. Stays of seven or more nights require three-nights deposit upon booking. Off-season reservations require a one-night deposit upon booking.

PLEASE NOTE: If making reservations prior to the year you will be staying the rates and policies are subject to change. Additional charges for damages, replacement of items, or cleaning beyond normal expectations may apply. Extra cleaning beyond normal expectations will be billed at $20 per hour. For stays of less than 1 month add 7.8% tax (6% county & 1.8% state)

Cancellation Policy: There is a non-refundable service charge for all cancellations; $25 for cabins and $15 for RVs. We issue full refunds for cancellations made up to 30 days prior to arrival (45 days for holiday periods, 60 days on multiple cabin/RV site rentals). Early departures will not be refunded unless re-rented. We reserve the right to retain all monies on the account until the spot is re-rented.
If you need to postpone your reservation due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we're happy to reschedule you for a later date or issue a credit for future use. The $25 non-refundable service charge will be deducted from that credit amount.
