Cabins and Cottages Policy

Family Reunions and Weddings WELCOME! Please note- If you are planning a family reunion and or wedding event you must contact office before making reservations online. Conditions due exist for such events and must have management approval before hand.

Deposits – Our cabin deposits are as follows- 1-3 nights 1 nights deposit. 4-6 nights 2 nights deposit. 7+ nights 3 nights deposit all are due at time of reservation.Winter season requirs a 1 night deposit. The balance is due in full upon arrival.

Cancellations – A $25 non-refundable service charge for all cancelled reservations in cabins. Refunds up to 30 days prior to arrival,45 days for holiday periods and 60 days on multiple cabin/RV site rentals. Renter is responsible for full payments of nights reserved. Early departures will not be refunded unless re-rented.

Extra Person – $15 (age 5 and up)
Pets – $15 additional per night, must be kept on a leash and cannot be left unattended. 

Check-In – 4 P.M. 

Check-Out – 11 A.M

Holidays: Peak season rates with a three night minimum

Late Arrivals: Please call ahead if you plan to arrive after 6PM.

Early Arrivals: Please contact us to see if early check-in is available for your particular reservation.

*Stay of less than 1 month plus 7% tax (6% county &
1% state tax)

Additional Charges for damages, replacement of items or cleaning beyond normal expectations may apply.
